Your free trial runs for fourteen days with full access to the plan you are trialing. Anything you set up during it stays in your account when you move to a paid plan, so nothing built in the trial is wasted.

What you get

  • Fourteen days of full access to the plan you signed up to trial. If you need longer to get a real job set up, ask us about an extension.

  • An empty account. Your first session is about putting one of your own builds into it. Your first 40 minutes: from empty account to live client portal takes you from an empty account to a working client portal.

  • Your price list loaded for you. If your products are in a spreadsheet, send it to us and we will load it into your account, which saves you entering them one at a time.

  • Client and trade portals at no extra cost. Anyone you invite as a client or a trade does not need a paid seat.

Two things to know before you start

The Launch plan is for a single user. If you are trialing Launch and want a colleague to look at it too, ask us about trialing Suite instead, which has unlimited users.

If you need additional users added to your trial, let us know.

Getting the most out of fourteen days

  1. In your first session, set up one build and add yourself as its client using a personal email address, so you see the portal the way your client will.

  2. In the first week, build your first set of templates from that job, so a second job takes minutes instead of an hour. How templates work is the place to start.

  3. In the second week, run one recent or current build through from start to finish, and invite one real client if you are ready to.

At the end of the trial

Nothing is charged automatically. We will get in touch, and your account and everything in it stay as you left them while you decide.

When you move to a paid plan you carry on in the same account. Your templates, items, jobs and any client you have invited all stay where they are.
